What is your fee?

Is psychological treatment covered by insurance?
Some health funds provide rebates for psychological treatment. Please check with your insurer if you are covered for psychological treatment, and what your rebates, and annual limits are.
Do you take on work cover referrals?
Yes, I am SIRA accredited and can take on work cover referrals.
Do you take on NDIS clients?
Yes. We can assist NDIS clients who are self managed or plan managed.
How do I book an appointment?

How is payment processed?
Private/health insurance: please fill in your credit card details in the client intake form that is emailed out to you prior to your initial appointment. Billing is processed automatically 30 minutes into each session. You will receive an invoice at the end of the session, which you can use to claim back your rebate through health insurance.
Mental health care plan: please email your mental health care plan to info@thequietrefuge.com.au
Please fill in your credit card details and medicare details in the client intake form that is emailed out to you prior to your initial appointment. Billing and medicare rebates are processed automatically 30 minutes into each session.
Work cover: please send through your work cover details, including claim number, insurer, case manager’s details, and email address to send invoices to, to info@thequietrefuge.com.au
Your insurer will be billed at the conclusion of each session.
NDIS self managed: please fill in your credit card details in the client intake form. Billing is processed automatically 30 minutes into each session. You will receive an invoice at the end of the session, which you can use to claim back your rebate through NDIS.

Where are you located?
We are based on the Central Coast, NSW and are currently offering sessions remotely via telehealth (video call). This means we can cater to clients who for various reasons have difficulty making it into the office. For instance, due to living remotely, lacking transport, or living with disabilities. It also means we are able to service clients all over Australia since we are not limited to practice in a specific location.
